As much as I do not respect Igor's lack of leadership . . . I wonder if the meddling owner has instructed the "GM"s and Head Coach to tank in hopes of getting lucky in the draft.

If that is the answer, lazy management is coming from the top.

If that is not true, lazy management comes from the 2nd and 3rd tiers.

Either way, lazy management sucks!

The worst thing that can happen in a basketball game is that it becomes too dependent on the refs. CP3 and Harden ensure the refs will be a story in almost every game they play. Those two and Blake Griffin are the worst I can remember with this (apologies to Bill Laimbeer; I'm slightly too young to have watched him closely enough). There are very few referees that don't get taken advantage of, because they're being lied to by manipulative actions on almost every play.

It's not impressive. It's cheating.
