yes, but my real concern is that when the playoffs come around, there's no way we won't run into the giants, they'll simply beat on us again...our offense is totally awful. i wish we could get a big bat or two.

If the Diamondbacks make the playoffs and face the Giants, I'll take my chances. By the way, if the Diamondbacks meet the Giants in the playoffs that means it would be in the NLCS.

Remember the 2001 World Series? No one really gave the Diamondbacks a chance.

man, i've hung with the dbacks all season, even during the dark days of injury, but right now, right here, we have us a huge game. our chance to show we belong. we lose this and we can kiss the division goodbye. we win, we have the rest of our rotation (Which happens to be very good) going in. gambo is right. but it's not entirely fair to blame brenly. it's simply not his fault. he used the team's "lefty specialist," which sounds like a good idea. the problem i think, is that the lefty happens to be an idiot. get rid of him.
