Just saw a close up replay that I hadn't seen until now. Sherman reached down and touched the ball while it was still in the holder's hand before he made contact with Carpenter.

Not sure why that camera angle wasn't shown on the broadcast.

Yep been saying that since that night. ESPN had an angle that clearly showed it. I think the reason that wasn't shown more often is everyone was debating the call so much they didn't want to show another angle that proved Sherman went for the ball and ruin the whole debate.

Still should have been a penalty though.
