Sharper on NFL network is saying that the CB made a horrible mistake for not knocking the ball down. Going for the INT caused this.

Actually...... Not a bad observation. You are taught right there to bat it down weekly since high school.

I'm glad SOMEONE mentioned it. The ESPN crew didn't bother to point it out. If Jennings had hit the ball behind him or to his left it goes out of bounds and the game is over. But by trying to catch it he kept the ball in play and left it up to the officials.

I still think the Pack got screwed but Jennings made a really bad decision.

in such situation you don't know who's behind or beside you or if you bat the ball gets funny deflection and caught. what he did was OK

my point isn't whether it was a simultaneous catch or not
how did they miss that OPI ?
he pushed the defender and created separation and got advantage
