Watched the first episode of the season and have come to some conclusions:

SAMCRO is evil. Gemma is evil. Jax is evil. Killing an innocent man is even a lot for this crew but to torture this guy made it even worse. This series, as with Breaking Bad, will not have a happy ending. I see all the other gangs, led by Nero joining forces and either eliminating SAMCRO or setting them up so the authorities finally catch them. I also think Unser is key here. I see him going to the DA and spilling his guts and taking Juice with him as a clear his conscious move. Gemma, she'll find herself in jail, isolated from her family. Something she's feared from the start. The real losers here will end up being Jax's kids.

This is not going to end well, not even a little bit. What a gripping show.

Clearly Jax will end up killing his mother, and will probably have to put Nero down in order to accomplish it. I don't think SAMCRO goes down. Jax will end up mercilessly sacrificing others to cement his power, much like his hated predecessor did, thus coming full circle. His sons will therefore be raised into the life, just like he was. A good man falling to his surroundings.

Not saying you're wrong but I don't see Gemma dying. I see her final place doing life in prison separated from her family which is her biggest fear. Jax, you might be right as he is becoming Clay. I see Juice being the one to break it to Jax that Gemma killed Tara and Jax, in an uncharacteristic move blaming Roosevelt's murder on her as well and giving the info to the DA. That's the best revenge Jax can do to Gemma. But I really don't see the club surviving. They're bleeding members as it is.

The creepiest part of the entire series had to be when Abel went into the stall. You knew, you just knew, something horrible was happening with that little boy. Of all the killings, the disturbing sex stuff with Tig, digging up bodies, hacking them to pieces, prison rape...with all that stuff in the show, Abel's scene in the stall was still more disturbing. By far.

Adults being mentally tortured (Juice) doesn't bug me that much. On TV shows that is. Kids are tough for me.

Well, we're about to find out as there's only 2 more episodes left in the series. Last night's episode set things in motion. The only thing I didn't like was when Nero started whining like a woman.

Uh, yeah, I absolutely can, Mr. Show Critic Police Different shows, different formats, it doesn't matter. I can indeed like one better than the other. SoA is a far better show for my money than Walking Dead. Justified's better too, but not even close to SoA.

That's your opinion and you're entitled to it but your opinion isn't the only one that matters. Neither does mine. Many will agree with you but many won't. This is why you can't compare shows. For example, I don't like Modern Family but ratings and awards show that I'm in the minority. However, even though I don't like that show doesn't mean I begrudge anyone who does. If we didn't have differing opinions we'd all be eating 1 flavor of ice cream.

Well yeah, we're all going to have different opinions about whether or not a specific show is good or bad. I thought the Lost pilot was garbage and refused to watch the show--I'm in the clear minority there. This doesn't mean shows can't be compared to other shows, however.
