Man... Our guards are off! If Raja hit 2-3 of his shots, we go with almost 17 point lead into the half.

Who gets the ball to start the 2nd half? Do the Suns get it since the Spurs won the tip? Or did the SUns get the ball to start the 2nd qtr, then the Spurs to start the 3rd and the Suns get it to start the 4th?

I bet Raja is really hitting himself in that locker room. The kind of competitor he is, he's probably so disappointed that he keeps missing.

I hope he keeps shooting though, because once he hits his first shot, look out.

I hope we didn't blow our load too early. As silly as this sounds I really think this could come down to the crowd. If they stay loud and energetic all night the Suns can feed off it to hopefully sustain their momentum.

Suns needed to make some of those shots. I really doubt they'll be able to keep their energy up like this all game.

Duncan finishes the half with one foul.

Question is: Can we maintain our energy?

Raja, Barbosa, and Nash better start hitting shots are we can be in trouble.

Did losing Amare help us?

No. The Suns are playing pretty well right now, but SA is missing a TON of shots they normally make. Marion is the only Sun playing fantastic, Nash is playing good but not amazingly well. Jr, Bell and LB all need to step it up on offense. I don't know if KT can keep this up, he look exhausted. The Spurs played by far their worst half of the season and are only down 11, I wouldn't be too worried if I was them.

I wish Jalen Rose would've gotten to come in for those last 30 seconds of the first, maybe they could've given him a little hit check.

The crowd needs to continue booing the Spurs on every possession in the second half. That was great to see early on but then they let up. We are playing well despite the missed shots. But still long way to go. Need to keep up the intensity.

I would rather blow our load early than not at all.

I think I just heard the NBA is going to suspend Kurt Thomas for defending Duncan so well.

^The crowd isn't nearly as wild as I'd hoped :( They are maybe 1/2 the intensity that Golden States crowd was. Sure they are booing, but they are doing it from their big fat duffs, I'd be standing, jumping and screaming the whole game (just like I'm doing alone in my apartment right now)
