I can't blame the whole team for our bullpen. And on the plus side, we did fight back after going down 5-2. But the more I see of this team the more convinced I am that we have no business overpaying for a playoff run that isn't going to happen.

GM Hazen has never addressed the crappy bull pen problem and Mgr Lovullo is afraid to kick ass. He sits and watches the bull pen pitchers blowing the game!! No fun to watch this anymore.

Losing to a team 12 under .500, at home, and with a lead in the 9th is beyond disappointing. Torey must go if this slide continues. His in-game managing is even worse than Marmol's in St. Louis - and Marmol has been eviscerated by the fans for his poor management in leading to the team to a losing record for the first time in many years. DBacks need to right the ship and win the next two in this series - or they will sink completely out of wild card contention. We all know they aren't going to catch the Dodgers.

How many games has the bullpen blown already this year?

When you make it an afterthought every offseason, this is what you end up with.

I think it's somewhere around 8 blown saves...maybe 10ish. DBacks would be in easy control of the division with a halfway competent bullpen.
