Speculation runs rampant on the Star Wars fan sites about who is playing who...we haven't even had character names released yet (aside from the returning people). We get cast announcements, leaks here and there...it is enough to drive up the interest but without giving anything away. The rumors are all over the place...I have heard Sith Inquisitors, Emperors return, bad Luke, Solo kid(s), Skywalker kid, no Jedi but Luke, new Jedi order was formed, Luke has been missing since the end of ROTJ, he has only been missing 10 yrs, he is imprisoned, he is in a self imposed exile, Sith home world, Han dies, Luke dies, Luke lives but succumbs to the dark side, there is a ton out there and not a single bit of it can be proven.

I wonder when the first teaser trailer will come out...maybe for the Avengers 2 release? Or could it be sooner?

Almost everybody I know can't wait for some sort of trailer. I remember when the first teaser trailer came out....I can't recall what movie I was seeing.....but when the teaser trailer came on for SWTPM, the entire theater broke out into a cheer.....for a teaser.

How often does that happen? That's why Star Wars is a phenomenon all in itself.

Very cool. I wonder if the entire "hand" rumor plays along with the helmet above. Maybe those two things are the only things that survived the Vaderque at the end of ROTJ.

I am so looking forward to this movie. The concept art makes me anticipate it even more...sucks that it is 14 months away! It leads to more questions than anything but the desert stuff looks really cool.

I am not sure how that type of stuff works but my guess is Disney will probably hold off on the toys until Black Friday 2015 (and probably set toy records in the process).
