That same artist has done posters for all the previous films--the first 3 for home video, the prequels for theatrical.

I'm not a fan of that poster either.

I am not particularly impressed with it either.

Supposedly it is not the theatrical poster but just one for the fans at D23. I think the next big chunk of stuff we get is "Force Friday" on Sept 4th when the first wave of toys come out and a bunch of "Journey to the Force Awakens" books come out.

Do not read this if you absolutely want no possible spoilers. However, I accidentally read a minor plot spoiler which I don't know if it's true or not, but once again the Empire is building a super weapon and the rebels are targeting it. I hope this isn't true. If so....come on. Again?!?!?

Tickets are supposed to go on sale today. They are already available for the 12/17 showings at some IMax theaters around the country this morning.

Nothing in AZ and the closest one to me is in Wisconsin, I think I will wait as I have 3 IMax theaters within 30 minutes of me and I doubt all of them will be sold out.

Also rumor has it the final trailer will debut during Monday Night Football next week.
