Michael B is a very hands on owner and I have zero doubt he was involved with the Wilks hire. That's why I don't think Wilks is hopeless and just a cliche spouting idiot.

Michael can smell a BS artist a mile away. Denny Green was a good hire. Whiz was a good hire. BA was a good hire.
He wanted to hire Andy Reid but KC didn't let him leave and their oline was it much better shape than ours and Andy loves him some oline.

I would of taken Andy for sure and been excited, yet even with the incredible starts they have to have the worst tackling defense in football and that's saying something.

Booger kept saying this on MNF and I was like dang that's harsh but it's true.

I hope Andy gets a SB but that defense is a problem.

I will dumb it down for Keim. Rosen is not the one with a slow uptake. Look very closely at your OC.

I get what you saying but MB even gets involved interviewing potential players. He is a former prosecutor and looks for tells. I can see him doing the same thing with potential coaches.
Contract get me wrong, I’m certain Mike B was involved. But I’m willing to bet it was Keim doing the footwork to chose and bring in candidates and likely drove the decision alongside mike B.

That's how I how I see it too. Keim bringing in the candidates and Mike in on the interviews. I hope Keim made the decisions, I can't see MB overriding Keim not wanting to hire them. Michael is smart and probably "stayed in his lane". Maybe next time he should kick it in to the passing gear.

I remember reading that Michael had said that he was excited, because all of the coaches they interviewed were the best he had ever interviewed. I also remember Michael stating that him and SK were flying here to interview and then off to this city to interview that guy. I am of the belief that it was a mutual decision between SK and Michael.
