just got back and i have to say we were a little but lucky at times but for me thats what we havent done in recent years - not play well and win.

good hard graft did it for us today, that and a screamer from Murphy.

watched the Skunks in the boozer beofre kick off and so far its been a great day. Even convinced the missus to go out for cheeky little pint or two

have a good day fellas

Yeah, my poor Magpies are having a dismal run right now. Eh, hopefully offseason transfers and a full training term will have us ready for a good run next season.

Yikes. Thankfully I still don't think we'll fall to the relegation zone, but I would like a few points, please. I'm confident, with the strikers and midfield talent we have, Keegan will get the offense turned around. It's the defense that's the real problem. We have Taylor and...and...and we need to get some more quality defenders in here.

Doesn't look like you guys are moving in the right direction either, but a 1-0 scoreline isn't as embarassing.

Yikes! We should be safe, though...if we keep losing, we won't fall if all the other teams below us start losing too! Lol

thats all good until they start playing each other though ;) i was thinking the same though and reckon about 36/37 points will be enought to stay up this year. can you find 3 more win....i am sure you can but the longer it goes the more tense it wil get. and hey you get your automatic 3 points against us soon anyway :bang:

Ya gotta love Keano! :D

Keane pulled no punches yesterday when he revealed why Liam Miller had been transfer-listed, but one of the things he made clear was that it was business, not personal.

He said: "It has nothing to do with Liam as a player or as a lad.

"In any walk of life you have to be on time for training.

"If he is late once or twice, three or four times maybe well and good, but when it is five, six or seven times then you have to draw the line.

"We had incidents last year, where players were late for the bus, and you move on.

"But if you are driving to work, don't get in the car with Liam Miller because he has more car crashes than anyone I know."

And by many accounts, Owen should have had a hat trick :(

Arsenal v. AC Milan in HD. Right now. Woo hoo!

Wow, I didn't know that ESPN actually broadcast the games in HD. I will definitely DVR ESPN's games as opposed to Setanta's from here on out.

And I'm getting really sick of the English clubs winning all the time. I just want some parity. I'll be enthusiastically rooting against Liverpool next week.
