Yeah… even if the offense comes together and we’re pretty healthy, we’re a solid Big away from being able to really matchup with Minnesota or OKC. Dallas is more of a toss-up for me if the O is running on all cylinders.
I think adding Klay was a big mistake. He has too much pride and doesn't realize what he is at this point.

I know people will not believe this from me, but I actually believe this is possible if Dunn keeps playing like this. I think he is that important.

OKC is clearly number 1, but I think we can compete with Dallas and Minnesota for 2nd.

If Dunn is the real deal he’s in the closing lineup over Beal. The odd man out of significant minutes is Grayson. He started every game last year but the additions of Tyus and Dunn nudge him down. Royce is probably not playing much unless there’s injuries.

I think both Mavs and Wolves take a step down this year.

Mavs will but ultimately it won't matter where they land as Luka can single handedly get them to the playoffs and likely out of the 1st round. They can be a problem for anyone when you look at the weapons around him as well.

The Wolves are going to take a big step back if Ant doesn't continue his ascent to stardom. He's really good but I'd place him on the same tier as Booker as far as stars that can win in the regular season but they need a system tailored to their strengths to go anywhere in the postseason. The Wolves, like the Suns, aren't built to maximize his talents and almost have taken his considerable talents for granted by thinking they can surround him with anyone rather than playing to his strengths.

I'd also put Jayson Tatum in that tier of star and the Critics proved playing to his strengths and covering his weaknesses with the rest of the roster and system. For that they have a new banner to hang.

I'm really torn about the Wolves end of that trade. I think Randle, in a major role, makes them much much worse. But if they don't care about appeasing Randle, given that his is the last year of his deal, and the trade was made to open up more minutes for Reid, McDaniels and Anderson... then they might actually get better.

Even as a Towns detractor, I still think they sold low, but only because I think so little of Randle. They should be looking to move Randle immediately, for anything that doesn't add significant payroll going forward. IMO, they have several back ups that would serve them better.

Yeah, Randle is a negative - however Divenchezo is a big plus, and I think he is a bigger plus than Towns is over Minnesota's other centers.

I would not be surprised if Randle is even told to just stay home, and the team could still be better.

Just a heads up, they don't have Anderson anymore.

Suns need that one guy. A rotational 4/5 that can plug the middle. I don't think he is on the roster.
He isn't but who knows I guess in theory a trade that makes sense is possible, and we do have Royce, Grayson, Okogie, and Monte Morris as trade pieces.

It's probably happening and we're not seeing it, but really JO should just be practicing spot up catch and shoot 3s. Sprint to the corner, get his footwork right on the catch and let it fly. I can't imagine many scenarios where the Suns wished he took more dribble pull up 3s.

I am not sure why people are so high on DLee. He just does not seem to be that good and he has had time to get there. Seems its time to move on.
I agree. I have seen nothing out of Lee to be honest that makes me think he will be part of the regular rotation. Dunn is already better than he is if he keeps this up. It's not that often I would prefer to give minutes to a rookie over a veteran.
