Right now, I'd trade barbosa for a big guy. Banks can provide 70% of what barbosa provides these days.

The Suns self-destructing again. Unforced turnovers and mental mistakes and now Lakers are only down 3.

im ready to include Barchucker in a trade now, his D is bad and the offense struggles unless he is hitting his shots cuz no one else gets any. Whay does frenchy start with Nash? should'nt he play with the 2nd unit so he can pass for them since barbosa plays like he is in a pick up game at LA fitness?

Ugh...only up 3 points despite shooting 63% to the Lakers 36%.

And only 27 pts off of 63% shooting...hmmph.

It's DA's philosophy that big beast like Amare is to function as decoy for guards like LB.

Why don't they go to Amare each time down the court when Nash sits? He has not touched it once within 20 f of the basket for the last couple of min. when Nash sat. Skinner stopped shooting the 20footer whihc is good but pass for turnover?!!

Hakim Warwick would be successful in with this team, but I had a rebounder/shotblocker in mind.

Shawn Marion creating his own shot and getting the foul.

Here is Skinner with that 18footer again.
At least, when we slow down a bit with the ball out of LB's hands, we execute a lot better even without Nash. Why can't DA see that and try something else?!

wasn't very run and gun in the first.
I thought the Lakers were an up tempo team this season.

The Lakers are #5 in pace factor and the Suns are #4 according to Hollinger's stats. The actual # is listed as the same.

Barbs is terrible but his problem is simple: he has to play the point which he cant.

Warrick, in his NBA career has averaged .6 blocks per 36 minutes. He's 220 lbs and statistically not a very good shot blocker. Not what I had in mind.

i watched warrick and d nichols more than anybody else at syracuse, and i just think in our system with the tempo, he would get alot of blocked shots because he has quick hands and a quick jump like marion, and he is tall with very long arms.
