The Suns are driving me crazy. They do not know how to put a game away. Luckily they win 88-86.

I'm chuckling and thinking of the old saying, "Balls for brains."

Of course I meant basketballs. :)

From what the announcers were saying, Bledsoe was trying to miss that last free throw per the instructions during the time out, but he made it. Go figure

That was a physical game played at the Pistons pace. The front court was in foul trouble on some phantom calls and they found a way to pull it out.
It wasn't pretty but we'll take it.
The movement and passing is getting better if only they could start hitting more open shots.

At the end of the month we should have a pretty good idea what they are made of.

This was a good win even though its by a 1 pt margin against a team with a 3-8 record.

Pistons always give us problems with their size, I think this game shows the difference between having some extra meat down there in the paint (Len) as opposed to last year.

Glad Bledsoe got it going again.

I like that Green had 4 assists, and probably could have had one more had Plumlee not dropped the pass right in his lap. I agree that he should have shot that three which led to the traveling call. Would have liked to see Warren get a few more minutes at the expense of Marcus, but overall a nice win. Have to make up for the bad home losses...

A shame that we don't get to play OKC too many times and rack up wins (like the rest of the NBA) while their depleted... :(

I don't watch many Suns games so can someone tell me if Markieff plays defense on the perimeter? Is that why he doesn't get many rebounds...4 tonight. By comparison, Greg Monroe got 3 TIMES as many (12) this game. You can't really say its because if a size difference 6'10 Morris vs 6'11 Monroe. Rebounding is what is preventing Morris from being a very good PF in the NBA. I know I sound like a broken record in my criticism of Markeiff but you can't have G's on your own team getting as many rebounds as you when you are 6'10 245, sorry.

I wonder if PHX could pry away Jared Sullinger from BOS, maybe trading one of our 3 PG's? I know people may not like Sullinger but he would provide what PHX needs, rebounding & toughness in the frontcourt.

Team has dropped to 19th in offensive efficiency. This team is going in the wrong direction.

We're DOOMED!
;)

Numbers can be useful but they can lie. I trust my eyes more.

They moved the ball pretty well last night against a tough defense. They missed some open shots and killed multiple possessions with questionable offensive fouls.

The real problem last night was too many second chance points for the Pistons.

Is Hornacek gonna comment on this and back up Markieff like SVG did for Caldwell-Pope?

http://www.freep.com/story/sports/n...-van-gundy-kentavious-caldwell-pope/70013868/

It was childish on SVG's part, he should have kept his mouth shut. It was even more childish on Markieff's part, he really should have kept his mouth shut. Same with Bledsoe on his comments about Philly and Kentucky. I hope Jeff sticks up for the team in general by admitting to the media that his players should have kept their mouths shut.

If Stan wanted to support Caldwell-Pope he should have just said that his player had it right and he was proud of him for approaching it with some common sense.

This is the right approach. I have not heard anything particularly strong from Hornacek about these inappropriate comments by Suns players.
