I don't know who to be pissed at- Amare or the refs. From what I saw, even a tech was questionable in that situation. Did he do something to deserve the ejection?

A) Getting Amare out of this game at halftime exceded the pre-game refs agenda in getting Memphis some help in competing inside so the ref pulled a quick trigger.
B) AMare said something that damaged the refs ego thus he did the professional thing & pulled the quick trigger LOL.
C) The refs called it how they saw it by the standards of NBA rules.
D) Its D'Antoni's fault.
