I don't remember, but Kyle was certainly of the same image.

The polo shirt uniforms the Suns use now would have looked just right on both of them . . . in a YMCA league.

Is there such a thing as a YMCA league?

How about a YWCA league. :)

Although the Mercury could teach the Suns a thing or two about what it takes to rise to the top of their league.

BC, the Suns own the Mercury and their best player has taken a year off from the team. This is not the NBA.

I'm still here. Not much to say though other than Thornton does not look natural handling the ball.

Suns came out with a ton of energy in the 3rd, outscore the Magic by 17 and take an 8 point lead into the fourth

Kief with 21, Knight w/ 19. Nice reverse jam by Wright, and great dunk by Knight flying down the lane

I'd like to get Len back in the game although the Suns are playing well without him.

One thing that's going unnoticed by everyone during this miserable stretch that we've had lately is PJ Tucker's much improved offensive game.

I have no idea what's gotten into him but his numbers have been off the charts (for a non scorer like him) lately even in games that we lost.

He didn't even have 1 shot attempt in the 1st QTR and some of the 2nd qtr iirc and yet he's finishing in 7/10 shooting for 19 pts.

Len needs to learn how to play the pick and roll.

Victor Oladipo reminds me so much of a young Dwayne Wade.

Wow. Knight catches the inbound pass by the Magic cleanly with two hands.

Said it before I really like this Brandon Knight kid.

Bledsoe is def not worth that contract he's a quality role player but that's about it he's not a star.

Yes, the Suns own the Mercury.

And, yes, Diana Taurasi needed a break from playing year round and chose to take one year off from the team that provides a small portion of her annual income. I don't fault her for that.

I appreciate what she has meant to the Mercury and will again after a year off.

Just as if she missed a season with injury (she's missing it from fatigue).

As far as . . . this is not the NBA . . . the Mercury have risen to the top 3 times IN THEIR LEAGUE. It has nothing to do with the NBA. If only the Suns could accomplish the same in the league in which they compete.

Not now that their best player defected.
Oh, so bitter.

Sometimes its better to be lucky than good. Nice salvage!

I didn't think the Suns lucked into a win. Markieff, Tucker, Bledsoe and Knight worked hard and played well.

Although the Mercury could teach the Suns a thing or two about what it takes to rise to the top of their league.

The Mercury rose to the top of the league by virtue of being horrible for a few years when enormous talents were leaving college. They hardly engineered some coup to put their teams together.

It also helps that their league is like 1/3rd the size of the NBA... and has no free agency.

The sad fact is the Mercury could not pay her enough money to stay home and not play in Europe. The WNBA needs to grow up.

I wish Bledsoe would show some type of improvement in not turning the ball over. I don't think he quite realizes the importance of every single possession and that's key for any PG running the offense to know.

Apart from the turnovers, if you look at his stat line it was pretty decent.
