I hope the playoffs won't be officiated like this. Close game and no one needed to make a big play on either end. The refs gave both teams a bunch of freethrows.

The reason you keep Shaq in is so he can give a good screen to free a shooter. It is no coincidence our 3 point shooting is higher when Shaq is in the game.

Without his prior 27 points on 15 shots then there would be no need for a "clutch" shot.

To be honest, I think we have to foul Denver to stop them a lot a times. BUT there were terrible, inconsistent calls all night. Drove both teams crazy.

That's true, but under 24 seconds that strategy should change. Better only works when you have the chance. Shaq is such a liability on FT's there is no point in doing anything other than fouling him.
