I remember when Aaron Nelson was the trainer and we never had these issues. I would have followed his routines for life

Jokic throws a beach fit. Gets a T. Then gets a foul on Ayton when there was no foul.

And then Ayton makes 2 nice plays. Still nothing strong to the basket.

Chris, You know I love ya, but come on. We are up 10 and Ayton is a top 3 reason why we are. I don't get why people continually need to call out Deandre Ayton regardless of whether he's playing well or not.

He's absolutely not. He was shooting 40 percent and everything was a 15 foot jumper / fadeaway. Any pass inside he was fumbling everywhere.

He was playing small

He's got 17 and 12. You have unrealistic expectations for him and concentrate way too much on him. He's never been great against big strong centers, and Jokic is one of the best. His hook and outside shot are hitting. That's good enough right now.

I complimented him when he made 2 nice plays. Before that he was a mess.

Please, we had a lead and almost lost it when? When DA was on the bench. Again, 17 and 12, and he expended a lot of defensive energy on Jokic in the 2nd quarter (where Jokic didn't even score) and into the 3rd.

Can we flip Shamet for a scorer while he’s playing hot?

You want to trade him because he's not consistent -- which team out there will take him because they also know he's inconsistent? So the answer to your question is "probably no."
