Devin Booker... Steve Nash... Goran Dragic... Amare Stoudemire
Long long ago Book is the only guy in forever! Nash wasn’t good until we traded back for him and Stat was so long ago, Dragic wasn’t ever anything worth a damn while here… different era your referring too and all those players led the Suns where exactly? Zilch not even a finals appearance! Jones already at least built a team that made it all the way, let’s give him a chance now with an owner willing to spend!

Um, Ayton, Cam Johnson, and Mikal are all pretty useful players.

If Ishbia plays it just right we won't have to worry about those stankin draft picks - we're talking straight up cash is king free agency à la carte baby - and if a few of those top dollar free agents don't work out we can trade them for draft picks - because where there's a billionaire there's a way

Maybe I should have posted this tweet on this thread.

I think we already did, lol. Better wrap this up soon before they ask for more.
We got Bradley Beal for CP3’s corpse and a bunch of 2nd round picks and pick swaps that likely never happen.

How that’s getting bent over is beyond me. You know what was getting bent over? Losing a Game 7 at home by 30 points to a mediocre team.

The sentimentality towards a past that had back to back ugly endings and fear of a different future boggles my mind.

Gotta credit JJ for CP3's value. That contract he negotiated with CP3 was the bees knees. Everyone seems to want it.

Would it be fair to say those two seasons bumped uglies?
Not entirely. There was a ton of fun basketball that we got to watch. But end of the day, I’m a fan who wants a title and believe that team was capped, especially with CP3’s cliff dive AFTER turning 37.

The Suns include approximately $3.5 million in the trade for Beal.

I said when we got CP3 pace would be a problem. Point Book is a viable option now.
Rather have a quick PG with good court vision/IQ even a rookie one that can grow on the 2nd unit.

Agree, and I think the PG we just got in the trade with Washington should already be ahead of Payne if he is even on the team anymore…
