This will be a shootout and the suns are going to have to be playing their "A" game to win this one. They play well on the road, so hoping they can win this one.

The Suns shoud be up for this game since the Kings gave them one of their losses earlier this season. Hopefully, they won't be distracted by the all-star talk and will stay focused. I think the Suns will win and there's a good chance the Suns will blow them out.

I'm sure both teams know just how important this game is. The key will be defensive focus and hitting open shots.

this is a loss - hope to be proven wrong, but until they prove they can beat the best and most experienced teams in the West - I'll stay with that stance. People here give the Kings WAYYYY too little credit.

I mean a possible blowout? Come on now.

If the Kings are healthy, I can't see a blowout. However, if the Suns are shooting well they should score over 120 points. The Kings are not the kind of physical team that gives the Suns problems and Webber isn't very quick any more.

This is going to be a very tough game for both teams. We'll see tonight how much the Suns have improved from the beginning of the season.

The Suns are healthier and probably better, but the Kings have a serious home-court advantage, and they're probably POed about getting shut out of the All-Star Game. It looks like a toss-up to me, but according to Covers, the Suns are favored by 2.5.

Should be a good one!

WOW - now THAT is a sign of MAJOR respect. The Suns favorites going into arguably the toughest arena in the league to play with everyone back healthy.

I'm definitely going to a bar to catch this one.

Suns have been great on the road so far. Break the streak!

It should be a great game because the Kings are a quality team and they are healthy.

Make Mobley go right, Keep Webber and Miller of the offensive glass, and deny Bibby penetration. Oh yea and don't leave Peja open! :D

The Suns offense should take care of itself. If the Suns play good defense and rebound they will pull it out.

This will be a very tough game. The Kings are playing very well, and with their allstar snubs they'll come out with something to prove.

We haven't won up there for a while... was it in the playoffs we last beat them at Arco? Anyways its seems like forever since we got them on their home turf.

Here's hoping tonight we'll be night we get one.

The start of the game was funny. Neither team could buy a basket -- the two highest scoring teams in the NBA.

I'm here in Sacramento watching the game from home. My friend waited until the Suns bus was leaving the Hyatt to get to Arco to let me know he had a ticket for me. He's a lawyer. It figures.

The broadcast team here is baffled how the Suns got three players on the All-Star team. Apparently the Kings are pretty pissed about it because they got shut out.

Steve Nash had an ugly first quarter. So did Q. I'm watching the Suns miss wide open jumpshots and laughing at the Kings announcers who are attributing to good defense. The Suns are flat missing shots. And they're settling for too many jumpshots. Kings are packing it in. Not a lot of penetration into the lane tonight.

Suns are killing the Kings on the boards -- 28-20. Like I've been saying all year, the Kings have to hide Webber's lack of lateral quickness and the dude just can't jump anymore. He's still a good offensive player, but Miller's the only one who can rebound worth a damn on this team.

The Suns need to bear down on offense and hit some threes. The Kings are counting on the Suns not making enough to win. They just don't want Nash/Stoudemire to beat them. Time to make them pay!

Marion is shooting like crap. :(

We still look terrible against good teams when Nash isn't on the floor. I guess this is something that we'll have to live with because none of their solutions have worked.

That has got to be one of the coolest endings to a close game I have seen in a long time.

Could have been goal tending,

Not even close to goal tending, the ball was barely out of his hands.

Nope. As legit as they come.

Miller needs to flush that ball.

This was a character building game for a team that already has huge character and heart! At times it looked out of reach but they kept chipping away.

You gotta love it!

Oh my gosh, I wish could have taped the post-game for you. The announcers were absolutely sullen! There was a lot of talk about how the Suns don't play defense before the game and how the Kings appeared ready to challenge a "weakened" Pacific.

To quote their play-by-play man on the last play, "There's no question, the refs missed it! The Kings were SCREWED on their HOME COURT!" Cut to commercial. Come back and they cannot find the words to explain the loss.

Can someone explain to me why D'Antoni doesn't go to a defensive-minded lineup in situations like that?

Becuase you don't sit players who've played their ass off to get you to that point in the game.

Also, quickness was needed at the guard postion in case Bibby, Peja, or Mobley slipped off a pick and headed to the corner.
