Good win at home tonight against Houston. Lakers fell to a 28-16 first quarter, but cruised the rest of the game.

T-Mac had a great night; 1-11 shooting, including 1-3 from 3 for 3 points.
Thoroughly craptastic. He is the Junior Seau of the NBA terribly overrated.

6-0 after a great end of the third and 4th quarter to beat the Mavs in Dallas.

No team has yet scored 100 on us.

First laker team to start 6-0 since 2002.

Oh, and Trevor Ariza was in straight up beast mode. That last block with about 40 seconds left was UN-REAL.

Yeah, great game and a fun team to watch. Their team defense is suffocating.

Ariza is playing out of his mind on both ends of the floor. Hard to believe we traded Mo Evans and Brian Cook for 'em.

Dang. Lakers did their best to pee away the game in the fourth. In the end, they dodge a bullett and move to 7-0 with the win, 93-86.

Lakers had a 20 point lead, and then couldn't score in the second half. Allowed the Nooch the chip away at the lead, over and over again.

Hold on for the win on the road back to back, and yet again hold under 100. 7-0, no team has scored 100 on us yet. And most haven't scored 90.

Their defense has been amazing to watch this season. Spreading the floor, pressuring the ball, creating turnovers.

So this is where you are hanging out. I kept looking in the Suns forum and no posts from the Laker contingent. I see they dont mention the Lakers too much over there now. Hmmmmmm... They are however, full blown on the "poor pitiful suns getting mistreated by the league" routine again. Go figure.

I am hoping for huge win tonight against those dreaded Pistons!

Go Lakers!

Otis Smith: Hey Mitch, you know that big dude that never leaves your bench and shoots less than 40% from the land of beyond? Any chance you'd be willing to trade him for a super athletic 3 man that can guard any position, that can't see any court time on our team soley for the fact that we've got a Euro that's lighting it up, only because he handles the ball better than any of our crappy guards, so the ball's in his hand 80% of the time?

Mitch Kupchak:
Well I was planning on only committing one robbery this year, but since you asked...

How I envy thee....

I hate the Pistons. Less than Boston, but they are my second most hated team.

We got handled in this one...our defense was ok, but they hit crazy shots and made almost everything.

Valiant effort at the end, but they needed another 6 minutes if they wanted 8-0.

Let's start a new streak!

Silver lining? Boston lost! Ha ha!

Yeah, a pretty subpar effort by the boys tonight. Bynum looked good though. His rebounding is awesome.

 Give me a break. Nash has that unsavory reputation in the league for running into the middle of a fight to escalate things.... :sarcasm:

Shaq is a different story. I still don't think it deserves a suspension, but it at least has an argument.

Lakers cruised in this one. Kobe rested a ton in this game, and hardly played a minute or so in the fourth. Not even nearly as close as the final score..a stomp of the bulls. The lakers were messing around, trying fancy plays and alley oops most of the game.

8-1.

Suns game will be interesting. I think it will be fairly close.

No reason the Lakers should have trouble with the Lovabulls. How did Derek Rose look? Heard he had good stats.
