One of the dirtiest moves in the last decade was Raja clotheslining Kobe and I highly doubt any Suns fan hates that play, or Raja for doing it.

I guess it depends on how one feels about Kobe elbowing Raja in the face continually. The referees were not making the call.

No doubt Kobe was playing dirty, he was a superstar and a Laker so he got away with a lot of plays he shouldn't have. That doesn't change or justify Raja taking him down like he did. That wasn't a basketball play or a hard foul, it was a cheap shot. Don't get me wrong, I loved it at the time but it's almost like Horry's hipcheck from a different point of view. Horry's hipcheck was wrong, unlike Raja he wasn't provoked, but I'd put those 2 plays on a similar tier.

Derrick Rose is injured already for Cleveland. it was a cheap foul by Monroe that caused him to land awkward and sprain his ankle.

The thing is, Raja was not a dirty player. I still think Kobe deserved it because the referees were not calling the elbows on Kobe.

Also Raja was not trying to injure.

Besides the devil made him do it.

I think the Brooklyn pick for Bledsoe is probably the best they can do. I've seen a number of trade scenarios and they're all ridiculously lopsided in Cleveland's favor, like the Nets pick for Cousins or Aldridge but that won't happen. The way the Cav's are talked about is almost like how Lakers fans talk in regards to being able to turn trash to treasure, except that pick has value just not what some think it does.

I'd even throw in something extra for the Nets pick if necessary.

Lol. Bledsoe value isn't close to that.

The Nets pick right now doesn't hold the same value as the #1 overall pick. That's viewed as a potential top 5 pick, maybe top 10, at this point. Sure Brooklyn sucks but if Lebron tells them to shop the pick, they'll shop it and I doubt they get a legit All-Star in return. Bledsoe is a near All-Star, maybe in the East he is one, and he's also someone I can see Lebron asking for. What other PG could Cleveland get in the next month or so for that pick? What player could they get in the next month, specifically? I'd like to know how others value it.

We may end up giving up the Miami pick in the deal, but I think we can live with that. Although I don't think that's a foregone conclusion.

Bledsoe averaged 21.1 ppg, 6.3 apg, 4.8 rpg, with 1.4 spg last year. Those are pretty close to All-Star numbers. If you think he couldn't make the All-Star team in the East then you're not giving him his due and also don't realize who makes the All-Star team on the East. He's better than Kemba Walker, who was an All-Star. Who averaged 23.2 ppg, 5.5 apg, and 3.9 rpg.

Again, I ask though, who can the Cav's realistically get with the Nets pick? Name some players.

Why do you think they even have to make ANY trade? They don't care about the next month. They don't care about the next THREE months. Hell, they don't even need to care about the ENTIRE SEASON because they will win the East blindfolded with their hands tied around their back.

That means they can wait a month for Rose to come back and another month for Thomas to come back.

And if there's a disgruntled star later in the season and Thomas looks good, they can then use that pick with Love to make a deal.

And Bledsoe's numbers are Armon Gilliam numbers... inflated because he's on an awful team. He makes ZERO impact and that's why despite his numbers no one even THINKS about him as an all-star because his stats are hollow.

I loved it.

Yes, I know. But it's interesting that, in politics, you're one of the few willing to call out your own side for malfeasance. Is the difference that sports are just entertainment and therefore don't matter?

All I was doing was backing up what Mainstreet said, perfect time to trade them Bledsoe. I didn't say it would happen but who knows? Maybe they do because Rose can't be counted on, whether he misses a month now or a week, he'll go down again because sadly that is what Derrick Rose does. This opens up the chance to dangle Bledsoe in a trade to them.

If you want to ignore the numbers and recognition that Bledsoe has put up in Phoenix, fine, but I'm certainly not the first or only person who said he's not far from being an All-Star.

The next time someone outside Phoenix or this board says it will be the first.

Lol... recognition Bledsoe has gotten? From who?!

The Cavs Arent worried about the next month and they sure as hell aren't trading their possible future for Bledsoe. That's laughable homerism, Poop Head.

I think we need to set lower goals for a Bledsoe trade.

Maybe some other team will cough up something useful.

Don't get me wrong, I would love the Nets pick.
