fining guys like that is the wrong approach.

Gather 4 or 5 of the fans he attacked/insulted....fly them to the next game....lock them in his luxury box with him without any security for the entire first half.

keep a camera on the front to score the flying dive he takes out into the cheap seats...it will smash on tik tok
