I don't go to any of the other forums hardly at all. Someone mentioned ROTB so I went over there to see what's up but the forum format was so bad I was gone in 5 mi. Been here since May 2002, 17 years and counting. I hope I'll come up with a decent take before the big Redbird in the sky comes to take me home.

You guys and gals are great here. I only put one person on ignore in all these years. I hope one of you can solve the riddle of why my Directv receiver drops the internet connection, before I go to join Skkorp, Duckjake, O and KofC in the sky.

What I also love about this site is that it's just not a Cards site. There's activity all over it. In the Suns, Dbacks, Movies/TV, and I hate to say it, the PR forums. It's a unique site as you don't see many forums out there like this one.

Also, this forum wouldn't be were it is now if it wasn't for members like you all. Forums are worthless with out the members. So thanks guys/gals for making this forum so active and fun!

After 25 years in Corporate Sales & 35 years in the same industry, I was shown the door back in November. No reasons given, and by law, no reasons need to be. I was their longest tenured & oldest Corporate Account Manager. Without mentioning company names, and after talking to labor attorneys, it was obvious that litigation wouldn't work. I accepted a pittance for a severance & moved on. The upside was that while unemployed, I was able to spend more time HERE than I normally had time for. As of next Monday, I will be back in the saddle again! I'm looking forward to new challenges, but hoping that I can still find time to frequent our forum. We sometimes agree, we sometimes disagree. But, once Sundays in the Fall roll around, we come together as ONE! No one can ever accuse us Cardinal fans as being fair weathered ones. Not many fans have had to endure the sucktitude that we have, but I just know that we'll have our day in the sun. I just hope I'm around when it happens. And if not, I'll hook up with the likes of Skorp, Duckjake, KofC, and MANY others from this board to celebrate!! God Bless us Cardinal fans:bday::beer::cheers:

The force is strong in this one. Maybe having an entire management structure that needed to be sacked united us

As quick as we united we separated. This Murray-Rosen debate practically has the board separated down the middle.
There will always be debate, it's how things work. Either way, the board has done anything but die over the years. That's really all I was getting at. It's still active and following with information as much as ever

Good luck.Company I worked for laid 8 of us guys off 3 weeks before Christmas 2008 .All of us were in our 50`s and the layoff was supposed to be temporary with a Spring callback.Well funny thing was that none of us got recalled and were replaced by much younger and cheaper employees who where mostly related to Main office staff. We all had various length of service time with the company from 35 years to 9 years.Pretty rotten way to treat the same people who had been told repeatedly that there would be no more cutbacks and only shortened hours occasionally.I think a lot of that type of garbage happened to a lot of people and still does.Loyalty is a two-way street and it doesn`t seem to be a big factor in business actions these days.Glad I retired in 2014.

This site is great and a part of my life. No matter what part of the world I’m. Thanks to everyone that posts often. I don’t often but I really enjoy all of the posts even the ones I don’t agree with.

I love this board. Growing up just outside Philly, I would have no one to commiserate with after a tough loss. Until I found Cards Corner(now defunct) on AoL and now this board.
I appreciate all of you.

Build the offensive line. And let the 49ers pay for it! Please don’t ban me for this. We are all Cards fans right?

This is the most exciting offseason since the Cardinals signed Kurt Warner IMO. Exciting new head coach, number one pick in every round of the draft, etcetera.

I'm incredibly ambivalent on Kyler Murray but love reading all the posts about him and Josh Rosen. One thing I'm sure of. If the Cardinals draft Murray, DO NOT TRADE JOSH ROSEN for anything less than a first round draft choice.
