Wow, there are several bands that I always wanted to see in concert, but unfortunately most were before my time, broke-up, they're not beyond their prime, or vital members of their group passed away (leading to their doom).....

I would say my top 10 of those acts, but not ranked in any particular order...

1. The Beatles
2. The Who
3. Alice in Chains
4. Led Zeppelin
5. Cream
6. The Police
7. Soundgarden (hope they reunite one of these days)
8. The Clash
9. Jimi Hendrix
10. The Yardbirds

I saw every band that I wanted to see (at least those that were together) except for Thin Lizzy. Never got the chance to see them before Phil Lynott died.

Out of the bands that broke up (or died) before I was old enough to see them, that I'd love to see now, I can only really think of The Doors, Jimi Hendrix, and Sly & The Family Stone...maybe the original Jefferson Airplane too.

1. Metallica, before Cliff Burton's death.
2. Jimi Hendrix
3. The Doors
4. Deep Purple
5. Van Halen w/ David Lee Roth
6. Savatage, during the mid 90s w/ Zak Stevens singing
7. Michael Hedges, acoustic guitarist, he died about 4 or 5 years ago.

phew, can't think of any more. That's a good list for me.

I always wanted to start a band and call it Live, but pronounce it the other way. This way everyone would buy our stuff and come to our shows thinking it's the other band.

Ahhhh...money for nothing and chicks for free.

That'd be great until you got sued like a **** by the *real* LIVE, even though it is pronounced differently.

They probably wouldn't appreciate me calling my first cd "Throwing Cooper" either then, huh?

Remember the interview when Vanilla Ice was explaining the difference between the Ice Ice Baby beat and the Queen one with the duh duh duh duhduh duh duhs?

You had that album. You know you had that album, wore hammer pants and used to do the humpty dance when you got home from school.

Haha, wish I went to that school. Can you imagine what it must have been like for the poor teachers that had both Joel and Kevin in one class.
