In Whis I trust. Well at least we have filled our two biggest needs. They must love Washington as there was still a lot of good fits for us out there.

No One would be able to cover like this kid can from the WILB position.

89 to move up 11 spots seems expensive we would have at least one of

Washington, Lee, Cody, Clausen, McCoy, Tate, Brown, Campbell, Graham, Sapp, Mays, Griffin

Can't really say that at this point can you? Though, I have to admit that Washington reminds me a lot of Blackstock and Brandon Johnson... god I hope he proves me wrong!

If the Cardinals made the selection, I think it's obvious they feel that he has the ability to get bigger w/o sacrificing speed. We use our WILL in a similar vein to a 4-3 WILL, so it's not that big of a stretch in terms of fit. Washington was the best LB available that could be utilized like they used to use Dansby.

Uh because we gave up our own 2nd round pick and a 3rd for Washington.

You could look at it this way we gave up Boldin, a 2nd, a 4th, a 5th(remember that was part of the Boldin deal) and a 7th next year for Rhodes and Washington.

Giving up a third to move to where we did in the second was not a good deal IMO. We haven't made a good draft day trade since we swapped with the Chargers so they could draft Leaf.
