Maybe..... I honestly think they both just drafted backups. Mason > Stacy? Borland > Any SF LBer?

That's just because they are already so good. Most NFL seasons, despite all the blabbing on other things, turn on now healthy teams stay OR how well they can plug in guys after injury.

Kent Somers tweet referenced above. Keim stated that the 2nd ronud pick was tough because their board was picked pretty clean. Early run in round 2 was on De's and OLBs.
Yeah, you have to think we were looking at OLB's

With what the Cards got in Rd 1 & 2, they would have been better off trading their 1 and 2 to move up into the top ten. Maybe.

OR....

They are using 3rd round picks on players who will be in for about 15 to 20% of the snaps because the other players stay healthy.
