Just curious.

It just finished up season 10 - wow!

I get hot and cold with this show. Right now it's hot.

I used to be until it turned into a soap opera and treated every week like it was sweeps. Blizzard one week, helicopter crash the next, etc

With the exception of the runaway tank, this season has been the best in about 3 years.

What's up with Kovach? The guy is a doctor, got an accent, money, good looking, YET can't keep a woman. This season he hooks up with a teenager from a trailer?? Do the writers hate this guy or what?!

Who got shot? Any ideas? Pratt seems to be a central character now. Chen? They haven't done anything with her in a while.

Frank...has become to my favorite charachter. :)

He's kind of seeing the new nurse played by Linda Cardinelli - I think they make a cute couple.

One couple I wish would dry up and stop is Carter and his chick/***** from the Congo. I am a Carter/Abby (Carby) lover!

My new favorite doctor is Neela - she's frickin awesome!

And Kovach? Any time, any day, anywhere! :whip:

I stopped watchign the show once the "big three" were all out- Eric, Anthony and George. Then my friend made me watch it, and I've watched it eversince because of Goran (Luka) He is one of only three characters on TV that I always related to- Mulder, Luke from the Gilmore Girls, and Dr. Kovach.

I loved the scene when Carter and his girlfriend walked in and Abby was standing there. I literally jumped out of my recliner and said, "That's what you get bitch!" She could have had my main man- Kovach, but no, she wanted Carter. Well, missy, you want to choose Carter over Kovach? Well, there ya ****ing have it- you got exactly what you deserved.

I almost stopped watching when they (Luka and Abby) broke up- she was so mean to him all the time, and she would never like take any interest in him, so finally he said, "OK, I give up, you can have Carter." I've been waiting for Abby to get dumped by Carter ever since, and may I add that I enjoyed seeing every moment of it, but I do wish he'd done it in a more cruel manner.

I just hope stupid writers don't get Abby and Luka together- that would be so wrong after what she did to him.

Anyway, I'm not an ER fan as much as I am a Goran Visnjic fan.

Sir.

Believe me, those things don't do **** for "keeping" anybody. "getting"- yes; "keeping"- No.

Seriously though, his character is a very accurate representation of an Eastern European guy- too serious, a little bit dark, very non- main stream- such as living in a hotel and later on a boat, etc, can't keep a relationship for very long because he is a nice guy and is always missunderstood in one way or another, then he withraws and starts acting like an cornholio- sleeping with nurses, patients and whoever else last season, but then hits the rock bottom and goes to do something humanitarian (trip to Congo).

As I said, he is one of my favorite characters on TV ever.

Stefan

OMG she is seriously hot in that movie! Daphne is supposed to be the cute one and Velma should be a nerd but she ruined that.

Dude, if you are at the point where you are relating to ficticious people on TV, I can give you the number to a good therapist.

Well, you're free to believe that.

And I already have a psychologist. Everybody should- they are very usefull from time to time. We all have issues that need to be figured out and resolved so that we don't have to carry them with us forever, be it childhood trauma, fears, or minor disorders that happen to everyone- anxiety, depression, etc. Not everyone who goes to therapy is crazy- they are much smarter than people who try to deal with crap by themselves or don't even admit they have any problems. :)

I relate to Homer Simpson and Al Bundy. They are my inspiration, I would never share them with any therapist.

I was really sad that they killed him - ESPECIALLY the way that they killed him.

He was 100% cornholio, but I thought he brought a lot to the show.

I was tempted not to watch after that but I wanted to know what happened to everyone, especially Neela.

Bah, I'm hooked.

BUMP!

spoilers... I guess?

Thank god Jing-May's storyline with her dad is done with - good riddance.

I am enjoying the Abby/Neela friendship.

I'm sad to see Elizabeth Corday go... but without Mark Green I think she was heading downhill anyway.

ER season 1 and 2 has been released on DVD... but it's been almost a year since season 2 was released. What's the holdup!! :bang:

edit: this prolly needs to be moved to the new tv/movie forum :)
