Agree, you can catch lightning in a bottle at that point in the draft. I don't think this team is going to give up on R. Williams any time soon though. Kids got a lot of heart, and didn't get any decent help up front early this season.

He can't stay on the field long enough to really give him a grade. The consitant with Williams is that he injuried all the time.

Same with Beanie...but peeps just kill poor Wells for always being hurt. If we were gonna give up on one, quit the other too!!! At least Beanie proved himself more than one year in college & 1 season in the NFL too.

Whisenhunt is the only Head Coach in Cardinal history to have 6 game losing streaks in three consecutive seasons.

Goes nicely with his being the only Cardinal Coach to ever get to the SB.

Kolb is not the future. He missed a ton of opportunities, barely eeked us out some games...and oh yeah, we were holding like maniacs, but the replacement refs didn't call it. Again, Kolb is not the future.

Seriously. He has to go.

No creativity. No common sense. A fan can look at a formation and tell you what is coming. If a fan can do that - the other team knows what is coming.

This game should have been one-sided...for us.

Cardinals, with a different coaching staff and the same talent, blow out these crappy Vikings, IMHO.

Any coach who talks about "create a winning culture" immediately turns me off. What does that mean and how do you do it? Sounds like armchair psychiatric for losers. Win some games and you can change the culture. That is an old used up phrase for losers.

A winning culture for pilots is do not crash. Sort of like the most useless things a pilot does not have is the airspeed you do not have and altitude you do not have. Those will definitely create a losing culture.
