doritos today. spicy sweet chili

about 8pm I started twin pork shoulders from costco

tommorrow morning I'll throw on a fattie and mix with some eggs for breakfast

hopefully the pork cooks fast so I can have a late lunch tommorrow instead of dinner - i wanted to get it on a couple hours earlier than I eventually did

i have some bacon wrapped stuffed jalepenos ready to go on as well tommorrow - after all the low & slow is done I'm halving two fryers for some bbq chicken

will also throw on some yukon gold potatoes and cook some veggies on the side

should be a good meal all said and done - weird cooking tommorrows food through the night - but a hell of a lot of fun

i'm also going to try my hand at handmade sauce for the first time - exciting stuff

I have had it a few times. I usually get their beef and chicken teriyaki bowl.

I had quesadillas. My class made them for Cinco de Mayo. Also had some candy cause we broke a pinata. Giving a bat to special ed kids with behavior problems is quite dangerous, by the way.

We got a half pound of Cadillac beef (whatever that is), a half pound of chicken & a half pound of shrimp. We all ate like pigs (4 of us). Lunch on the boss is always good! I'm not eating again until tomorrow.
