I don't think anyone's blaming the refs for the loss. The Suns folded like a wet napkin after those T's. They deserved to lose and they deserved to get blown out.

That being said, I thought the officiating was horrid and worth discussion. That foul called on Nash when Dirk grabbed the rebound over Nash's back and fell over was ridiculous. The ref was right there, wasn't going to call a foul at all, then Dirk falls over because he's clumsy and they call it on Nash.

Again, the Suns deserved to lose this one big, for the performance they put up in the 4th quarter, but that doesn't mean we can't question what we thought was poor officiating. And it was, IMO.

Um, you watched the game, right? Bell got the T for a little push after the whistle. D'Antoni was arguing that Adrian Griffin did the exact same thing to Shawn Marion a play earlier.

BTW, Cuban says he is going to send the video of the Griffin/Marion foul to the league to get Marion fined for throwing an elbow at Griffin's head.

D'Antoni is always complaining. And Bell...thats no time to get pushy and get tecs!

and the Suns have only shot 3 fts since they led 77-70. Dirk gets a call when someone breathes on him or if he knocks a Suns player to the ground while going over the back for a rebound.

Yeah, that call on Nash was b.s. Nash was going straight up for rebound. Dirk jumped higher to get that rebound but fell into Nash's space at the same time. It should have been a no call. But we didn't lose because of the refs. Dirk was just huge and we were kind of tired at the end.

I wouldn't be surprised if Cuban looks at the tape again (especially now that they won) and doesn't do a thing. There's absolutely no way Marion gets punished for anything on that play.

It wasn't after the play, Josh Howard continued toward the basket after the whistle and Raja had his hand on him. That's all. In fact, I doubt it was much more than a second and a half after the whistle blew. Since they didn't give him continuation, Howard shouldn't have been still going at the basket in the first place.
