He narrarates the story by calling him on that walkey talkey at the start of every episode.

At least thats the last I saw.
He hasn't brought him up since early to mid season two IIRC. You're a little behind by about a season and a half...

Season and a half?...brotha Im back in that lab pre explosion.

Ive been saying Ive only seen season 1. So I dont know whats going on.

All I know is, all of season 1, and the first few eps of season 2, Rick talks to that dude on the walkey. Sort of Picard on his Star Date recorder thing.

Just meant to provide commentary on his thoughts.

That's the last time he did

Well now I wonder why he stopped.

Maybe the writers realized how weird it was that Rick was super attached to such a minor character. I must find him! Its like I dont even remember the dudes name.

He probably would have kept trying but they left the area so it wouldn't make sense anymore.

Awesome Episode

I am so glad they had the heads in the fish tanks. I wonder if his daughter will be in the closet too like in the comic.

That is one terrible hairpiece the Governor/Colonel is sporting.

Ninja lady and Andrea seem to be candidates for breeding stock

That would be an interesting twist, but from the previews, I would think it is more likely Andrea.

A whole episode without the main cast and it's the best episode of the series. Figures.

The actress that plays Michonne must be the most over-paid of all time.

How cool would it have been to see Lori as a walker post c-section?

Yeah I was a tad surprised to see 2 people go. Can someone tell me if this was on par with the graphic novel?

Wow....this season is simply awesome.

Happens completely differently in the comics. But then again Dale and Sophia are both still alive at the prison in the comics...and Merle and Daryl don't even exist. Hard to compare some situations.

I don't want to watch a zombie apocalypse world where Merle and Daryl don't exist. This season has been great, even with the continued bad acting by most of the main characters. I'm finding myself rooting for the Governor and Merle. That scene with them on the impromptu driving-range was fantastic. Two professionals of their craft, saying lines of dialog that meant one thing but their expressions showed a depth of emotion that clearly communicated another thing.

Without the Daryl character, I would have bailed on this series somewhere early in the 2nd season.

Lori does die at the prison in the comics, although not so soon

Nope, not a bit. In the comic, Lori and the baby are both killed by the governor and T-Bone does not exist. The Governor also cuts off Ricks hand and Andrea and Rick are swapped out in the small town. Of course, in the comic, Andrea and Dale are lovers too. Also, the way they are interacting with the prisoners is off too, but that is really a small part.
