I don't think Willis really meant to hit Williams in the throat but it looks pretty obivous from the replay he threw the elbow.
The game should be called fair no matter who is playing. There is a lot of grey area for the refs in the NBA. I don't have a problem with giving the benefit of the doubt to the stars, but I think the star treatment gets taken to far, to often.
