And to those who chanted "we want Josh." You suck. All of you. Every last one. You know why? Not only because Josh sucks as much as King does, but because soooo many "fans" are quick to boo, but hardly any get off their dirty a's to cheer the team when they need it.

Way to inspire the offense, a'tards....boo the people trying to score. Bunch of idiots you are. Booing while sitting on your asses. I'm calling out half of the SEZ right now...a bunch of b's and I am embarrased to be called a Cardinal fan if your lazy a is one too. There was one guy, in section 40 maybe, with big black curly hair, and a black Cardinal shirt on, that saw me yelling at the crowd for being b's...and nodded. Whoever you are, and any others like you,. this isn't for you.

For you boobirds...go home. We don't need you. King sucks. Yeah. Josh sucks. Yeah, perhaps even more. Maybe even Navarre sucks, and our entire QB corp is crap. But you suck more. If you can't cheer on your team, you can go straight to hell. Only people that should EVER be booed are the refs, and the opposing team. Once you turn on our team, you lose all respect.

Props to the people in section 38 yelling their a off and chanting DEFENSE with 40 seconds remaining. I give a crap if it made a difference...maybe one player heard it and realized that WE are NOT fairweather fans.

I'd forgive the boos and the bs if it were a sold out game. But this was around 30K, and many people are accountable.

King sucks. Josh sucks. Navarre *probably* sucks. But if you booed your team tonight, you suck more than all of them put together.

See IMO King sucks more than Josh and more than fans booing King.

The way King felt annointed as the new AZ starter and went about the whole thing means I have zero compassion for the guy. ZERO.

That being said I can't believe they benched him in that game for one pick even as bad as it was. There was zero call to pander to the crowd.

The fans pay money to be there and can voice their opinion in any way they want IMO.

Doesn't mean they aren't dumba's, and aren't wrong

Cheering for Josh over King is like cheering for diarrhea over constipation. Both SUCK. That isn't the issue. However, the fans getting down on a team because the great crap hope in Josh isn't in and yelling for him is a problem.

Josh is NOT, and will NEVER be a guy that needs to be chanted about. Reserve that for Hall of Famers. Not backups at best, which is what Josh is.

I am a fan. I pay money. And a serious amount of dumba's made us look like idiots cheering for a monkey to replace a baboon at quarterback. THAT IS NOT THE EFFIN PROBLEM. When the crappy fans, sittiing on their hands can get the ef up and cheer, maybe I won't worry so much, but many of these people suck. This team is losing...I'd rather see 8000 passionate fans than 30000 who sit on their a's and lob boos in the air because that's what the cool kids are doing.

:totally angry:

That was ineptitude at's it's highest. This O.

When they're inept - they deserve it.

They had all kinds of field position early. They pissed it away w/o anything to show. It's getting old. Quickly now. They had a chance to JUMP ON this team and we showed our diswpleasure - simple as that. Pathetic showing.

We were real loud and supportive again for the D.

But 95% of the fans wanted to give King the boot. Too bad Woods didn't concur until way too late!

And conrad..I give two s who is QB for this team. I don't care if it is you. I want production. Josh doesn't give it. King doesn't give it.

I don't CARE HOW anyone acts when "annointed" as the starter. I care what they do. Ef personality. Ef the usual bs. I want to NOT worry about the QB. I want to worry about WHY the WR missed the pass, not worry about whether the QB got time.

I am SICK of our excuses, and the Josh is great bs. JOSH SUCKS. KING SUCKS. Feeling a pattern here????

On top of that DD here's W. Mitchell's assesment of the O today.

Dennis Green hit the jackpot three times since he became the head coach: (1) signing UFA DE Bertrand Berry; (2) drafting 4 rookie starters in Fitzgerald, Dansby, Dockett, and Stepanovich (and Leckey and Navarre could wind up being excellent choices as well); (3) hiring Clancy Pendergast as defensive coordinator. The other side of the coin has not been so pretty...as once again this afternoon, the Cardinal offense, presided over by a self-proclaimed offensive guru, looked as tentative, unprepared and unfocused as it did in Week 1. This is now Week 12. Not good. Unacceptable, in fact. And, once again, the Cardinal defense gave the team a great chance to win with excellent energy and effort

QB: F. Last week was not a fluke. Shaun King appears to lack the leadership, the enthusiasm and the desiciveness to lead this offense. Last week, at least, he took some shots downfield. Today, with very good protection, he threw three balls over ten yards...and one was lobbed right to Jonathan Vilma, just when the Cardinals looked like they were making a comeback.

OL: B. Please...don't anyone say King was running for his life the whole afternoon. This was the best pass protection the offensive line has provided in any game this season. Leonard Davis did a remarkable job of neutralizing John Abaraham. L.J. Shelton got beat a couple of times by Sean Ellis, but Ellis only got one sack. The run blocking remains a weakness.

We had every right to boo King. He was pitiful. I was willing to give him a chance before I started to boo. But what does he do? He gets ancy in the pocket, throws out of bounds to a wide open receiver, throws over the head and to the feet of wide open receivers in the middle. He deserved to get booed. There is a reason the guy isn't a starter in Tampa Bay anymore. I think we learned what it is today. We pay good money for our season tickets and its about time we expect some performance out of the team we pay for. I think you are wrong to call out the people at the game for booing. If you couldn't see how bad King was today then you were not watching the game.

There are no great QB's on this team, and I want the same production I just hold more people accountable for it than just the QB.

King looked exactly like Josh when he had time he kept holding the ball and staring.

Most QB's would do exactly the same thing because our WR are mostly not open.

All QB's overthrow wide open WR from time to time. I'd have argued King does it more than others but still the fact remains if you watch the replay there are numerous times, time and again where if the route wasn't a comeback or quick out then the QB just stared at them because they were covered.

This is a duplicate of the Josh tapes.

I just maintain that to say Josh sucks a bit premature based on other factors.

I am not saying he should be anything more than a backup and in the end I agree we should get a new QB because you cannot base your hopes on Josh at this point he is only a decent backup in my book till he proves otherwise.

I do agree that the fans jumped on King way way way too soon and I'd share your disgust actually it was pretty lame and don't really know where it came from.

It's not like we had Brett Farve on the bench it seems to me a matter of who they like more personally.

King threw 4 picks in two games. Josh had thrown 4 up to today this entire season! Picks totally ruin drives more than a 3 and out. King ruined 4 drives in 2 games, josh ruined 4 drives in 8 games before today. Josh wasn't doing anything spectacular and I don't think he's the answer for this team, but he wasn't totally screwing us over either. And watch your language, this is a PG board.

Oh, I am PISSED at DG today too. He RAN on 3rd and 9 or so at one point early in the game.

Maybe the wind was swirling, as we looked at the flags at the posts and those at the top of SDS, but there was NO agression on offense today. If you aren't going to throw it deep, put Josh in for cripes sake. He sucks but he doesn't throw it deep. That's his game; ignoring his huge rocket arm.

I'm throughly disgusted with this team and many of its "fans" tonight. A bad display on both sides.

Maybe some fans need to be reminded that they can cheer for more than the defense.

People all acted like they won the lottery when McCown came in...they did. The lottery of crappy quarterback of the week...

Im guessing a lot of people felt ripped off that McCown was winning games (or not losing them), but got benched for King, who promptly came in and stunk it up.

If your King in that situation, you better perform, or you're gonna get booed.

McCown doesn't make as many mistakes as King has. As i said, neither is the long term answer but Josh shoots us in the foot less than King does.

Many of these people are stupid. I've heard people cuss Josh and yell for him to get pulled many times. Especially from Section 10. Well, they got what they want, the same people boo the crap out of King and act like they wanted Josh all along. When people actually gave McCown a standing O, running onto the field, I busted out laughing. I promise you, 90% of them were booing his butt when he overthrew Fitz in the Giants game. But, then again, many of them were probably part of those who cheered Kent Graham getting hurt so Jake could play.

Next year's starting QB is not on this team right now. That's obvious.

Sorry I don't get your take, I know some people who's been sitting in their seats for a long time and if they want to boo King they can, isn't this what makes america great? Sorry Kings sucks thats why they boo him plain and simple.

I booed the offense for its lack of production. 3 and out sucks.

I didn't join in the "We want Josh" chanting though.

I want whoever takes the snaps to do well, but in the first half it was sickening losing my voice cheering on the defense, then we'd get the ball and do squat with it.

Any offense at all and we are winning at the half. :bang:

Josh didn't get much of a chance being thrown in late, but at least he got some first downs and made some plays. I just wish he'd thrown away the ball which was picked off, so we could have kicked a FG and tried an onside.

Just because you didn't boo, doesn't mean it was WRONG for others to voice their opinion.

well, i don't know booing is just an expression of peoples frustration, the fans that were there had every right to expect a decent product to be put on the field,
when curtis martin broke off a 16 yard run you didn't hear the crowd booing the defense did you?
no. because the defense plays with heart and passion and looks like the strength of the team,

the offense is our weak link, and the fans know that, they also know that we are in the last week of november and we still had something to play for,
the division was up for grabs the last two weeks and instead of seizing a golden oppotunity we regressed, and that pisse's people off,
i don't ever remember booing the team when i was a season ticket holder there, but if i recall most of the games were pretty meaningless because we were mathematically eliminated almost from the get go year in and year out,
all that being said, things will get better i am sure were on the right track, and when those legions of new fans jump on board after we start winning they will need classy fans like you and me and others on this board and at the stadium to show them how its done

To be calmer, I'd have had a LOT less issues if people had cheered to bring in Navarre, but the fact they wanted JOSH back really was the tipping point. Our QB situation sucks. Josh is not the answer. King is not the answer. But people are stuck all over Josh like he's Elvis. GIVE IT UP. HE SUCKS TOO. I can't believe the love Josh gets...he SUCKS. KING SUCKS.

Cheer for Navarre, if you want a QB change. Not Josh. Not King.

I loved the guys behind us, giving our own "Fans" crap when we ran for -4 yards on a carry 'Dammit King, why do you suck? You should have handed it off better, and then ran for 10 yards!" It's all Kings fault. He's the most sucky of our ******* players."

Serious...does ANYONE here think Josh is the answer? Apparantly 25000 of fans did at the game did. Guess what. HE WASN'T.

KING LOOKED JUST LIKE JOSH FOR THE MAJORITY OF THIS GAME. WE STILL HAD NO CHANCE. ONCE THE GREAT DOPE HOPE CAME IN, ANY CHANCE WAS WASTED IN TURNOVERS. THEY ALL SUCK. DEAL WITH IT, AND STOP BOOING YOUR OWN TEAM.

Man, you don't even know how many "JOSH FANS" were created by King starting. I don't care. I hate both of them at the QB position. I'd never lower myself to cheering for either of their low talent a's to get on the field.

So, Master D-Dogg, should we remain silent when bad things happen or cheer, since booing is so wrong in your eyes and should never be done unless it is directed at the other team or the refs... ??

I agree, I booed certain offensive plays as well. The 3rd and long run was one of them. However, when people started chanting "we want josh" I started yelling "Josh sucks too" and it caught on.

No, people can voice their opinion any way they want. However, I do think it was WRONG to boo your own team, especially when they are BARELY DOWN with a whole quarter left.

Ask yourself this...how well would our defense play if we booed them when they were trying to stop the offense? Do you subscribe to the concept that as a fan base, our noise can pump up the D and hurt the opposing offense?? If so, how do you think BOOING helps our own offense?

It is WRONG. That is, it is wrong if you actually care if our team wins or not, and not WHO leads the team to a win.

So Master BIM, please read my previous post (I booed too, not players per se, but the team in general--Denny's idiocy. Led a lot of "Throw the Ball" chants, too).

Oh, and PM me if you still have those red towels for me....I'll send you my addy.
