Don't use "needless to say" ever again!

But thanks for the write up.

Great as usual Shaner. The reports via twitter were this wasn't Kolbs sharpest day but sounds like he still had some high lights.

Good to hear about Beanie too.

Good friggin stuff homie, and it's good to hear some good news on the Beanster. I can't wait to see Williams in person, I didn't even know he was doing doing returns in practice. All and all an awesome write-up minus the Ipad namedrop...why does everybody do this now? :p

Isiah Williams grew up, and played very close to my hometown. My father taught his sister, and met him when he was younger.

Rooting for the kid, and he looks to be making a case for himself. He will be a P.S. player in all likelyhood, but from what I have seen, he has the ability.

Been hearing a lot about acho lately. Its starting to intrigue me a little..

One thing id like to know is itbseems people keep mentioning things aboutbkolbs arm lately...i was under the impression when he came here that he didnt have a very powerful arm and wasnt much of a downfield guy???

Trust me his arm strength will not be an issue. Guys throws some lasers.

Shane, Thanks for the update. Your analysis is always fair. It sounds like Hall may have been the most accurate yesterday. Do you see him being #3 after all. Personally, I would prefer him over Bartel. I like my 3rd QB to be more of the project type & younger. Bartel is simply an NFL journeyman. Awesome to hear that Beanie looked fast. If we can just get him to stop tripping over his own feet. I like the Wells/Williams tandem. Overall, how did the OL look. Did anyone stand out? Also, how did our LB's look? Was anyone putting consistent pressure on the QB. Thanks again & looking forward to more of your reports.

Personal opinion? I think it's Bartels to lose. But who really knows?

So what did Fitz have to say about getting his contract signed?

Couldn't ask to far away the way the set up is at the high school. I will call hm over as he walks by me today. I will give him the super secret handshake and then pop the question. :)

Felt like I was there. Thanks very much. I have been up at Flagstaff every year since 88 and can't get there this year. Miss it..

Thanks for doing that Shane. Great write-up! How did PP21 look in coverage?

Great stuff and reporting as always, Shane!:raccoon:

My biggest question for you is what's going on with Schofield? The reports indicate that he hasn't done much yet. Could you elaborate on what you saw? And could you elaborate more on all the OLBers? Thanks.

If your referring to that one blurb that indicated Acho was ahead of Schofield on the depth chart, they aren't even expected to play the same position... Schofield - SOLB; Acho - WOLB

According to Wiz, they wanted to use the opportunity made possible by Joey P's absence to see what Acho and other guys might do in different settings.

It had nothing to do with changing the depth chart.
