probably the only one worth consideration is byron leftwich but just as offensive coordinator, and its a reach even in that case

Yup, I had just edited my post and listed Leftwich too but he would not have head coaching potential till some years down the line and OC is where he belongs but that would depend on the new coach

Goodwin... only if you want to appease the Rooney law in an unfair act towards other more qualified minority candidates
probably not considered a viable candidate due to limited experience.. But I would talk to Mike Vrabel... I have a hunch he is going to be a decent head coach one day

I wanted Shanahan the year we got BA and was blown out of the room by people saying he was inexperienced.
I would love David Shaw of Stanford.

Sure, if they have good ties for coordinators. You don't have to be a coordinator to be a HC IMO
IMO head coach is more about organizing, managing and motivating unless the HC is a playcaller.
