Thankfully Mike B is smart enough to realize that a complete flushing is necessary in a rebuild like this. He's seen it first hand with BA and now he's seeing it with the Rams. I don't think there will be any carryovers. Except Keim. And Freddie Kitchens of course. But he comes with the furniture.

Keim too. His draft shortcomings have done a lot to hurt us too.

What I question is the lack of player development from the coaches. I think Keim has a very good eye for talent. But, drafting for BA and his staff is especially difficult, imo. Which is why i would like to see how well Keim does with the next head coach and his staff. if it's more of the same, then Keim deserves the scrutiny.

Yes, but you can't continually draft projects and small school prospects with high draft picks. Every once in a while? Yes. As much as we do? Absolutely not. Especially when the coaching staff has the problems you mention.

methinks SK has had way too much faith in the coaching staffs abilities

What about Chris Peterson? He led Boise State to many big wins and he's now at Washington and has made them contenders.

Interesting name. Never thought of him as a potential candidate. Very cerebral, winning track record in college, and his players love him.

He's at least worth the interview, but not sure if he wants to dart for the NFL.

Tom Moore? Haha- I would like Bowells - but looks like he will survive the jets- BA did the same as Whiz - came here and seen the shiny gem of the pass game and forgot to take care of it by running the ball - both had success while running the ball, but most of their time here rushing was an afterthought.

Makes me sick to think of the waste of talent these last 10 years. Every signature blowout loss playoff or otherwise is because the Cardinal fundamentally suck at running the ball and playcalling. Feast or famine - we feast a lot but starve a lot also. When the chips are down we can’t out perform NFL defenses one dimensionally.

Got a great rb in DJ , get a young college coach that will build around him and the run game consistently, so the pass game will purr like a well oiled machine. I’m ok with BA staying and doing that, but he won’t
