Wow USC/UCLA is going to be throwing up ugly tomorrow night.

Dedmon sick for USC, for UCLA Travis is not yet clear if he's playing or not, Bazz has flulike symptoms, throwing up, missed practice. And I have heard Powell is sick too. So in theory UCLA could have 5 healthy scholarship players tomorrow night.

USC doesn't have much more.

USC is a very bad team. I think UCLA's women's team could give them a game.

Yeah but IF UCLA literally has 5 healthy players it could get interesting.

My guess is the 2 sick ones will play. No idea on Travis he apparently is still not cleared.

USC is irrelevant and a team in transition with nothing to play for. They are easily the worst team in the conference and might win only 2-3 more games this year.

Their perimeter players take such careless shots it's hilarious.

And Stanford eviscerates #10 Oregon. Two major PAC upsets that help our chances moving forward.

All SC did was watch the ASU game and play the same defense. Don't guard Drew, take away the curls by using Drew's man to help. Ben never adjusted and after the game said we need to set better screens. No you need to tell your PG to make open shots so they ahve to guard him. Evne he said so after the game, when they do that, i HAVE to make them pay. He didn't, 3-11 unguarded the whole game and 2 of those were because Fontan got 4 fouls and was stepping out of the way giving Drew easy drives.

oregon I think not having Artis was huge.

Yeah, he's a pretty big loss for them and who knows when he'll be back. If he's not healthy before their Washington trip, they could be in real trouble for the conference crown by then. I know the conference tourney is the thing but I still consider the regular season the more important accomplishment.

Good win...but it sure wasn't pretty. Too many turnovers. I was also pretty disappointed with some of the poor shot selection by Hill and Lyons down the stretch settling for 3's instead of taking it strong to the hoop. Zeus and the other big men gotta keep working on their hand strength or something as they get good position down low consistently but can't capitalize

I don't think there's a team in the country we can't beat. I'm not sure there'll be a team in the tourney that we couldn't lose to. This is a strange team.

Hard to be consistent without a PG. We struggle to get into a flow offensively.

I know and it's not like we haven't been here before. But still, considering how dynamic our guards are and how much young talent we have down low, complemented by veterans such as Solo, we just shouldn't be this inconsistent. I could put up with most of the offensive issues but the casual passes and the lack of defensive intensity at times is hard to explain away.

Didn't watch but followed on Gamecast .cant win a ton of games shooting 35% & 16% from behind the arc. Also, another slow start being down 16-5. That's acceptable against Washington. Any 5-6 seed in the tourney would drown us with that output.

6 weeks to figure it out. January has never been Sean's month in his coaching tenure, so let's hope that's all it was.

This is a bad stretch of games for Wildcat (and other Pac 12) fans that have Direct TV. We only get one out of the next five games televised. I've heard nothing on the DirecTV/Pac 12 Network front lately other than negotiations probably won't even heat up again until the next football season looms. To state the obvious, this sucks.

Man, if half of our team didn't have 4 fouls and KP3 hadn't been ejected, we'd have thrashed WSU by 25+ easily. The score is not indicative of how lopsided a victory this was.

Nice to see contributions from everyone at least.

I didn't get to see the game but following along on GameTracker and another message board it appears Solo carried us in the first half and Lyons did the same down the stretch. It's nice to finally get a sweep in Washington, it's been awhile for that.

Basically. Team got into very early foul trouble to begin the 2nd half, so it went pretty conservative for the rest of the game. 6 fouls in the first 5 minutes.

Great day to be a UofA fan. UO gets swept in NorCal which gives us the virtual tie for 1st in the PAC, ASU loses, and Kansas & Syracuse lose so we'll be moving up in the rankings on Monday.

BTW - Nick Johnson has his "Flu Game" today. Played 30 minutes. Miller wanted him to play less, but the KP3 ejection kept him on the court.

They are putting up wins but I just don't see them coming out of NCAA round 2 or round 3.

#1, #2 and #6 all lost so I could see them going up to #6 or maybe #5.

If they can stay in the West and be ranked 1,2 or 3, I think they have a shot at getting to the Elite Eight and maybe the Final Four. They definitely would have the home court advantage playing in LA. Look what happened against Duke two years ago.

I have DirecTV and watched the game last night. You just have to find a site like First Row that streams the game.
