Plenty of already-legal supplements banned by pro leagues. I doubt marijuana ever is accepted.

Those are performance enhancers in some respect. Marijuana is not a performance enhancer, that's obvious. Once it's legal, and it will be, the NFL will drop it from the banned list.

Meh. The NFL's official beer sponsor may have something to say about that. I've done some research in my time that shows that beer and marijuana are almost perfect substitutes, economically speaking.

In a vacuum, I love the pick. Hard to get a player as talented as him at #29.

My point is that I believe we are walking a fine line. That is all.

better available draft players

there was better available draft players, don't toot your character grading horn then pick the highest risk players every year. you play with fire you will get burned - so far so good - but other players should not be required to worry or babysit every draft pick. jut saying

It was a necessary risk. The topic least discussed was our lack of overall talent on the d-line past Campbell. After him, it's fairly average. RK has top-5 talent and can take a lot of pressure off of Campbell along with Jones.

At #29, you're either playing it same with a late 1st-2nd round graded player or taking a risk on someone who's slipping. AZ is getting elite talent at a heavily discounted rate.

I love the pick. It's not like the Cards drafted Lawrence Phillips.
