Its so tight, that which ever team is victorious, the fans will appreciate it more.

Winning will have so much more enjoyment then it already has.

As a Suns fan, and a fan of basketball I'd love to see us win the championship by going through the Lakers and the Spurs. Both series will be amazing to watch. So many story-lines, so much drama, so much history... it'd be incredible.

That would be the most compelling series of events in the playoffs....if we pull that off.....wowsers

Says we clinched a playoff birth today, weren't we supposed to win to do that? Or was there some team that if they lost, we got in?
Suns needed either a win or a Golden State loss AND a Denver loss.

The Warriors lost to the Hornets and the Nuggets lost to the Sonics, therefore the Suns get in.

It's kind of funny to think that, as close as the playoff seeds are, the Suns could lose every game from here on out and drop only two spots.

Since it seems pretty clear that we won't get Houston in round one, we might as well get the Lakers.

I don't think we could have an easy way with either Utah, L.A. or San Antonio anyway, and Phoenix being the underdogs against the Lakers would be nice.

If they could really pull it off and send Kobe&co. fishing for the third straight year, I'll get dressed in my orange Hill-jersey and will run around my suburb - all the while screaming "SUNS WIN! SUNS WIN!".

However, it would be a veeeery long shot to beat L.A. I reckon.

The only way we would get Houston in the first round is if the Spurs have a bad week and slipped down to fifth, while the Suns (or Rockets) moved into the third and sixth seeds. Otherwise, we are likely gonna face either Utah, the Lakers, or San Antonio.

I'd rather take on the Jazz. I don't think we have much of a shot at beating the Lakers and if there's one of team I really don't want to lose to it's the Lakers.

Whoever gets the Jazz better hope Utah doesn't have home court. Utah is a league best 35-4 at home. They are almost unstoppable at home. If the Suns get the Jazz as the road team, sorry but you guys won't make it out of the 1st round.

The SUNS play better defense & with more intensity on the road.
The JAZZ don't concern me as much as they used to. Home or away.

Those home records don't mean much in the playoffs. The Suns had a terrific home record in 92-93 and then lost five home playoff games.

Three of those five were against Michael Jordan, against whom all bets are off. The home court served the Suns well through the Western Conference playoffs.
