Houston's only been around for 12 years so it's a little unfair to include them. Tampa had a rough start but since the Tony Dungy years they've been much better including winning a title. They once had a Cardinal-esque 14 straight losing seasons but since then they've had 9 winning seasons, 1 .500 season, and 7 losing seasons. The Cards, by comparison, have had 4 winning seasons, 2 .500 seasons, and 11 losing seasons.

Yeah, that's gotta be playoffs for 34 of those years. (If any team can go 12-4 and not make the playoffs, you know the Cards would be the team to figure out how to do it)
