So I think the record is like 7-14, but some teams we have seen more than once. So that changes things dramatically. We did win in Dallas, so we got that going for us.

I started going to Cardinal road games in the early 80’s when I lived in the DC area. To date, I have only seen them win 3 times. Most of those losses were to dominant Skins teams, but I’ve also seen them lose in Baltimore a few times & in Pittsburgh too. I saw them beat the Skins when Boomer threw for 523. I saw them win once in OT under Buddy Ryan. And I saw them win once under Plummer when we almost blew a 31-7 halftime lead. Other than that, my overall record is like 3-25. And I saw many 35-3 drubbings!!!!

We really better win this one if we have any legitimate playoff hopes.

The NFL is way different than college in that, by game one, each NFL team has already gone through four preseason games. What you see in game one from an NFL team is generally (generally, not always) what you're going to get for the rest of year.

that's funny... that's exactly the type of game I was thinking about as a season opener.

I'm usually ALL IN for an opening day W at home, but I have no clue what to expect from this team.
