Has anyone on this board (or for that matter, the team) put together an analysis of "The Success or Failure of Each Play" we run - offensively or defensively?
i.e. What were we trying to accomplish? What (who?) were the key factors in each play's success or failure? Stuff like that.
What I'm driving at is (for example) that some running plays designed to be quick-hitting seem to take an awfully long time to develop and get piled up at the LOS.
Why is that? Faulty play-design? Matchup deficiency? Poor overall execution? Do we telegraph our plays?
All I know is that, on a great majority of snaps, our guys don't get the job done. Anyone know why? (Buehler?)
