this weekend against Seattle that will prove to you that the Cards have truly "turned the corner" this year .....

I believe that they have to AT LEAST give the Seahawks a run for their money ... they may LOSE, but to me they should at least make Seattle "Earn it" ....

Notice needs to be served that we will not be a gimme game for any one this season. I think teams have gained a slight measure of respect for the Cards, but the truth is we scared no one with that performance last week, despite Kurt's monster game. Maybe because it was the Niners or maybe because we nearly lost the game, but we have a lot of work to do the next few weeks with some serious tests.

There is a difference between defeatist and realistic. Unless you were prediciting an undefeated season, then you must have expected that at some point we would lose a game. This is probably one of those games.

Now if there are any Cardinal players participating in this poll and they feel that we will lose, then I would be upset. But for a fan

Do I hope that we win? Hell, yeah I do. Will I be crushed and think that the season is over if we lose? No way.

You don't have to go over to the Darkside to think that this will be a tough, tough, game to win.

Absolutely with you, Shark. I think the Cards can win this game if things fall their way; I think they can lose it if things don't. The SeaHags didn't dazzle last week and I think too many of the pundits have decided they've won our division already...I just hope Seattle thinks that, too. If the Cards go in and play some decent 'D', I think we've got a solid shot at victory. But, win or lose, it's too early in the season to feel that any one game determines the future.

Hey, It's 53 guys against 53 guys. The better team doesn't always win. We are concerned about The Seagulls signing Branch. Guess what? We got Q and Fitz. We may go out there and blow the doors off them.

This can no longer be looked at as an insurrmountable task. If they take us lightly they will pay dearly. Holgrem won't let that happen. If we are to win this game I think we will see much of the same things we saw last week. We are not going to hold them to 10 pts. We will need to score 30 to win.

Can we score 30 pts? I don't know but as of this moment we are the HIGHEST scoring team in the league.
