I think his terrible approach and game plan for the Broncos defense speaks for itself. 1 passing yard in the first half despite having a pro bowler like Rivers and some very good weapons in Allen, Gates, Green, Woodhead etc.

Oh I forgot Wiz was the "real HC" in Charger land!!! I guess McCoy had no say in what gameplan the Chargers were going with...all Wiz. Lol

If the gameplan should be questioned, those fingers should be pointed at the offensive minded HC IMO. Btw the wind was blowing 25-30 mph almost the whole game & the Bolts have been running the ball

I hate to let facts get in the way of a good rant, but they said he interviewed for an hour with each team. These interviews were not your typical all day type.

First thing that went through my mind when I heard this was, is he bringing Grimm with him? The Titans actually have some talent on the Oline. Will Grimm ruin it or make it work?

The arguments of Whiz being "stubborn" towards his "the system works" just gained credibility. Either the Springsteen fan has naked pictures of Whiz at a petting zoo, or Whiz believes Grimm coached the best possible performances out of players that didn't belong in the NFL.

During the interviews, Whiz must have been asked about his potential staff. Even mentioning Russ' name should have then required a detailed justification. Wish I could have heard that sales pitch.

Any SD idiots that are complaining they lost because Whiz was interviewing for a head coaching gig are beyond delusional. The only coordinators that have this problems are the ones that had a great season. If they just stick to OC's that suck, this problem can be easily cured. Otherwise, suck it up and deal with it.
