Always have been and always will be a Cardinal Fan.

So sorry for the Cubs fans. Oh a cool way to get at a cub fan is to take the outer plastic covering off a pack of smokes turn it upside down and ask a Cubs fan guess what it is.

Answer: Its a real Chicago Cubs trophy case!

Mine would probably still be the Chargers, which was my team before the Cards. I must be a glutton for punishment as far as the NFL is concerned. I grew up a Cowboy fan in Dallas, along with the Dallas Texans/K.C. Chiefs. At least I got a taste of what it is like to have a winning team when I was a kid.

I have been a Cards fan since the day I first saw them in Chicago. I followed them to St Louis and AZ so I would always be a Cards fan no matter where they moved.

Whole Family including both my parents are AZ born and raised, whole lives. So we didn't have any allegiances to any other state for us to grab onto a football as fans. So for some reason my Dad grew up a Giants fan so I would probably be a Giants fan. Dad switched to Cards once they moved to town and the rest is history.

I was also a Charger fan after Coryell moved there, they were a lot more fun to root for than the Cardinals in the early 80s!

Still the Cards but probably not quite as rabid.

Before the Cards moved here I was more inclined to have favorite players and not teams so much. Although I did become a Chargers fan more than any after I lived there for 3 years (during the Fouts/Coryell years). Of course, I loved the Cardinal Coryell years back in the day.

My Dad was a Packer fan, mostly because he admired Lombardi a lot. So when I was first getting into football they were kind of "our" team on the rare chances we got to see them on TV.

Other than the Chargers I was mostly an NFL fan and not the AFL. These types of questions always brings back many, many fond memories of the days when football was played on grass, outdoors, rain or shine. Loved some of those mudbog games in the 60's and early 70's.

St. Louis Cardinals aka The Big Red. Glad they moved to AZ though. They were always second fiddle to the baseball Cardinals in MO, just like the Rams are today.

I was a skins/giants fan growing up, until the cardinals came here. Then I would always go to the cardinal games vs the skins and the giants and over time became 100% cards fan.

Is this the first year they are wearing ads on their practice jerseys? I don't remember that from last year.

If I recall, they did indeed have sponsorship patches on practice gear last year. I think that all 32 teams did it.

This is like the 3rd or 4th year we have had the patches on the practice jerseys I think..

This doesn't seem right to me even though you provided the article.. It feels like they have been wearing them longer.. What do I know anyways?

Where did I put my peyote pipe again, I need a hit..

Being in So Cal, I'd root for the Chargers. Kinda do now because many of my friends are Charger fans

Born in St Louis. Grandpa, Dad and every other member of the family were Cards fans. The only way I stop being a fan is if they change the name. They could move to Russia and I would still be a fan.

Cowboys. They were what was on TV here prior to the Cardinals.
Hello everyone! It's been a while since I've been here. When I lived in AZ I met a lot of cowboys fans there that said they were fans of the cowboys before AZ had a team and they just never changed their loyalty.

Honestly I don't know what I would do if the cowboys left dallas or never came there. it would be hard to imagine ever cheering for another team or city because I follow all of the DFW teams. I always thought that the cardinals had great fans and had a blast at every cowboys game that I went to there(even when they lost LOL)

It was weird seeing the oilers leave houston because they had a strong fan base there(very anti-cowboys to this day). Yet you go to SanAntonio and they love the cowboys more than dallas does LOL. Of corse a lot of people in dfw now are from other cities(like phx)

Being a young impressionable kid in the early 90's, I started off a Cowboys fan. Luckily my older brother pulled me aside and gave me a heart to heart saying I can be a fan of any team, just not the Cowboys. Watched a Cardinals game where Garrison Hearst was actually having a good game and I've been hooked ever since.

I was a fan of the Cardinals from their St. Louis days. However, I do remember it being a close call for my loyalties between the Cards and the Saints. So I'll say the Saints.

I grew up a fan of the Steelers, since my Dad was from there. Interestingly, I was the only member of my family to convert to the Cardinals when they moved to AZ. It was really hard being around my sister after SB43...

Probably the Eagles since I grew up 20 minutes outside of Philly.

Or the Colts. I kinda liked the Colts a little bit in the late 80s/early 90s. Thought Jim Harbaught was cute. Now I just think he's an ass.
