I'm generally a "look for the silver lining"/"Glass Half Full" kind of guy. Sarve forcing Kerr out has overwhelmed that. It is really depressing without the slightest compensation. Even the KT deal was at least a function of economic necessity.
The damage to the Suns goes well beyond the Amare situation. I no longer have any faith in the Suns top management and they have a huge number of tough decisions coming up.
1. SMALL IMPROVMENTS OR BLOW UP THE TEAM. It is not clear the Suns have the talent to get to the finals, but the recent record of teams blowing up their teams is not good. The Wolves and the the Grizzlies do not reasssure.
2. EXPIRING CONTRACTS: This is that last contract year for J-Rich and in another Nash, Barbosa, and Dudly quilifies for a qualified deal.
Free agency will get complicated as Frys opts out and Amundsen is off contract just to start.
