I had a buddy tell me that he saw those two going at it on the sidelines. Very heated, and he said he thought Wilson was going to unload on Berry. Didnt want to bring it up because it is hearsay but Urban made reference to it in his twitter, so its fair game now.

Anyone see this at the game and and can elaborate more on it?

It's well stated this off season that Berry has mailed it in and is not vet leader on the team at this point.

I don't think he's happy he's not starting right off the bat here, but he didnt show up to any of the off season programs, so that's what he gets.

Didn't see the argument though it's been simmering. He needs to lead by example again. When it's gonna happen.....?

Hmmm.... maybe they had a disagreement about what the bigger problem is with the pass defense. Berry's inability to generate a pass rush or Wilson's inability to cover anybody.

Wilson blitzed more Friday than he did in the past two seasons combined.

I saw it

it appeared Wilson was giving DRC an earful -- and Berry stepped in and Wilson let him have it as well

I saw it. It was very heated came very close to blows.Wilson was in Berrys face. Bery moved away and Wilson went right after him screaming something. It never came to shoves but I can tell you it was not love on the sidelines..

Pure speculation but Wilson is clearly in charge of the secondary and as a LB Berry has no place challenging Wilson in that scenario.

there's a pic on the Cards site showing AW and Rolle with DRC on the side in some heated words and I assuming because he keeps blowing coverages. Maybe thats what happened

I think our resident bookie should post odds on whether Berry even makes the final 53.

Maybe Berry was telling Wilson, "Hey you jumped offsides on a critical third down dude."

Watched the replay again last night.

Did anyone else notice that A-dub was in psycho mode in the third quarter?

I know that all of the starters were probably pissed/embarrased for having to play the third but man, A-dub was HITTING people out there.

I heart him.

What a dilemma. Without AW we have no run defense. With AW we have no pass defense.

I would say, with Rolle we have no pass defense... We've always known what we had in AW. The fact that he is 100x better up at the line is not news.
But, instead of dealing with the true weak link of our secondary, we continue to try to twist and turn and experiment with him. Rolle flat out sucks and is the real weakness in our pass defense, not AW.

I was watching the channel 10 sprots report last night and they showed a thing where Adub was into it with Rolle, actually had a hold of his arm and Rolle broke free and walked away, Berry walked up on it and Adub immediately jumped in in his face.
This was the late night replay so I wasn't really paying attention, kind of dozing off, but it looked like Adub was almost getting physical with Rolle than when he walked away he transferred his anger to Berry.
Like I said I was a little drowsy.

AW was a liability in pass coverage while Rolle was still in college. It is why so many were unhappy with Wilson the first 3-4 years he was in Arizona. Wilson has earned his rep with big hits, blitzes and stuffing the run, not with his pass defense. The Cards have been smart in how they have used him. But bringing him up to play LB leaves holes in our secondary. That coupled with his average coverage skills is why I say what I did.

I agree that Rolle hasn't lived up to his draft position at all however, they've had a different FS almost every year since Lassiter left. And the results have always been the same.
