Appartently doesn't know who to root for in this one. i know he isn't the owner anymore but c'mon! Doesn't he own the rattlers/Suns!?

Says he's a big cub fan.....

He doesn't own the Suns, Dbacks or Rattlers anymore. He just works in the Suns front office.

He also grew up in Chicago. So he probably said something along the lines of he's a fan of both teams

YES he did grow up in chicago but he's been in AZ for decades now. The article was in todays Chicago Sun Times.

He was also on a committee to try and buy the Cubs. I don't care what his allegiances are at this point. Nothing he says or does affects the Diamondbacks. Now the Suns and USA basketball... thats a different story.

I wouldn't blame Colangelo if he still has lingering bitterness over the way his removal went down. I understand why it happened, but that is just not the way you remove him.

Thought it was a nice touch to maybe heal some of those wounds last night.
