I chose horrendous record on the road. There is so much to be angry with Green about, but winning less than a handful of games on the road in 3 years, and its no wonder why the Cards couldn't even sniff at the playoffs.

I just think Green is a poor Head Coach in most important matters including Leadership, Public Relations, X & O skills, and in selecting competent assistants.

I picked in game adjustments. The talent level on the team should be enough to win 8 games with a milquetoast head coach. it takes a coach who is an actual negative with poor management skills to turn this squad into sub-mediocrity.

I picked the OL situation. My biggest problem with Green is his total disregard to where players (especially the OL) fit in.

The fact that it this long to move Wells to RT is just unbelievable when everyone(local experts, fans) were calling for this move back in training camp.

I picked other. His ego is his biggest downfall. If he brings in a FA or drafts a guy he is reluctant to ever switch their position of bench them. He always believes his 1st decision is the right one.

I really don't see that as a problem. Conviction and decisiveness are critical traits for all leaders...
Denny's problem is that his immense ego does not allow for the possibility of timely change... Additionally, his supreme insecurity surfaces in ugly ways, like his inability to take accountability as he holds others out to dry... This may also be why he has never developed any quality assistant coaches... His ego simply won't allow for anyone else to receive any accolade or recognition. Yet, should things go awry, well - they go the way of Rowen, Hagraves, etc, etc, etc....

Other: Green is not a collaborator. He's not smart enough to know that he's not smart enough to do it on his own. Nobody is in today's NFL. He needs to be better at taking input and working with others--whether that be coordinators, front office, players--whoever.

I don't care about any of the peripheral stuff - it all comes down to wins.

He came into town with a big ole' chart that said he was going to make a huge impact on the win - loss column, and that hasn't happened.

If the owners decide to give him one more year to finish turning this thing around, I will not cancel my season tickets. But another year like this one will exhaust whatever patience I might have for Green.

Other = Inability to lead his team.

He seems like a ship captain who spends all his time in the captain's quarters and the crew never sees him.

This young team has the PROVEN potential to beat anyone in the NFL. The anger that I have about the Monday night game against the Bear's is not the outcome. It is that our team looked UNSTOPPABLE. The team showed everything that it could do. What we saw that night was a team that could win it all.

Yet, we have not seen our team play like that before or after the Monday night game. Green's inability to motivate his players to play to thier highest abilities is my biggest complaint.

Maybe the word "arrogant" is too strong. But I can't think of a more appropriate term to describe someone who is stubborn about making moves that don't always seem to be the soundest; for example: (a) putting old buddies on the staff instead of hiring on merit and (b) getting rid of 2 starting tackles and a starting guard/center without having capable available backups.

DG never provided Cardinal fans with acceptable reasons why.

I have no problem with "strong, confident leadership", but - as they (well...er...I) say - "If you're going to be arrogant, you'd better be right."

It's taken almost 3 years to get our OL to where we're almost ready to trust it. It shouldn't have taken nearly that long.

All of the above, but mostly in-game adjustments. Im tired of seeing him get out choached. His motivational skills seem to suck too.

If he had handled the line better I don't think that we would be talking about the other problems right now.

Other: Complete lack of discipline on both sides of the ball. It has gotten better in recent weeks, but this team has lacked discipline ever since he took over. That demonstrates a complete lack of ability to lead. How often do you see Belichek, Shannahan or Parcells coached teams lose their focus or their cool? Not often.

To me, I'm just astonished at the number of coaching changes. This is his third season, and we're on our third O-Line coach and third OC. I expected much better management -- do your work up front, find the best guy for the job - and then coach the coach along to be the best he can be.

Before the first game under Green, he'd fired what seemed like a good O-line coach. And replaced him with someone who seemed questionable.

Then he tells us how he couldn't hire Rowen before, and was so glad now to have him. Yet he fires him right after the Chicago game -- which to me was when the team threw in the towel.

I really was excited when we hired Green -- and who knows, maybe he'll figure it out. But the phrase that keeps coming to mind is 'playing with scared money'. He seems to be patient with situations I'd fix; and to sledge hammer things where he ought to be patient.

I disagree with this. His problem is making the CORRECT decision. The way he's juggled coaches, QBs, the oline, his CBs, etc, ....shows he's not afraid to change his mind.

He did, I think it was about a month in because I remember complaining we just promoted a guy from OL assistant to OL coach just over a month after he retired as a player.
